#pawsabroad is on Pause

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety and security of all our students, UWM made the difficult decision to suspend student participation in study abroad programs through the Fall 2020 term. We are cautiously optimistic that travel may resume for future terms.

UWM will consider any advisories and warnings issued by the U.S. Department of State and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as other sources when considering future study abroad programming. Also, it is important to be aware that many countries have entry restrictions in place that will affect the ability to travel. Please stay informed of these restrictions.
We are tentatively accepting study abroad applications for future terms. Please search our program pages for more information.
